Established on the Gold Coast, Queensland, in 1976 by two entrepreneurial brothers, PRD has grown to become one of Australia's real estate business success stories and an acknowledged market leader.
PRD has over 85 real estate franchise offices Australia-wide, fulfilling the needs of property buyers, sellers, renters, and owners, all backed by meticulous research and over 45+ years of market knowledge.
In 2006, PRD was purchased by Colliers, one of the largest real estate companies in the world. We are led by our Managing Director, Todd Hadley whose leadership, experience and strengths in the real estate sector ensure the PRD network embraces an innovative and continually evolving mindset.

Todd Hadley
Managing Director

Todd’s leadership, experience, and strengths in strategic thinking, financial management, and sales mentoring ensure the PRD network embraces an innovative and continually evolving mindset to remain at the forefront of real estate.
Since joining PRD in 2005, Todd has held various management positions with the PRD Corporate Head Office, including Business Development Manager, Business Consultant and Franchise Director overseeing the states of New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania before taking the helm as National Franchise Director in July 2015. In February 2020, he was appointed Managing Director of PRD.
David Colman

David is a senior executive with 20+ years of management experience driving real estate operations to deliver exceptional performance.
David has a range of expertise to support PRD operational development, with experience across strategic planning, business structuring, financial management, leadership, and training. He is well known as an ‘agent of change’, driving innovation and engagement.
David’s real estate expertise includes: sales, training, customer service, auctioneering, and commercial and residential real estate.
Ken Baker

Ken has been involved in the real estate world for 38 years. During this period, Ken has owned and operated an award-winning real estate agency before moving into the world of franchise growth and development with some of Australia's prominent real estate brands.
Kens expertise includes sales, business planning and growth, training, auctioneering and commercial and residential real estate. Ken’s role with PRD sees him driving growth for the network in QLD as well as supporting the current franchisees.
Dr Diaswati (Asti) Mardiasmo
Chief Economist

As Chief Economist of PRD, Dr Diaswati leads a nationwide research team that provides high-quality property, housing, and (predominantly) residential market research to the PRD franchises, government departments, private and non-profit organisations, and private investors.
She also serves as a Liaison Member for the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA), Property Council of Australia Queensland Residential Committee member, and Brisbane Olympics and Paralympics 2032 Legacy Committee member. Dr Diaswati is also the industry co-lecturer for units within the Queensland University of Technology’s Bachelor of Property Economics.
Dr Diaswati brings a high level of understanding of public policy advocacy issues, strategic thinking, and high-level research, analytics and evaluation to the PRD team, continuing to drive one of the organisation’s key strengths through our research outputs.
Robert Ferguson

Rob Ferguson brings significant business management experience to the table, having trained and managed teams of up to 300 staff throughout his career, overseen franchise operations, and established and grown a commercial cleaning business as a master franchisor from scratch to a network of over 15 franchises.
This unique breadth and depth of experience has provided him with unrivalled negotiation, business, and management skills.
Rob dedicated 14 years to professionally selling residential property, managed two real estate offices, continually exceeded sales targets, and was named the #1 agent in his local area for four years.
From the age of 18, he has been a hands-on renovator and property investor. This gave him the unique experience of being both a buyer and a seller, providing him with insight into both sides of the sales journey.
This has allowed him to develop and deliver seamless transaction experiences for both his purchasers and vendors.
Ellie Schwarz

As National Marketing Manager of PRD, Ellie leads a team of marketing and IT professionals that support the PRD franchise network in all facets of marketing, digital, social media, websites and branding.
She holds a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Marketing and Psychology and many years of corporate franchise marketing and business experience under her belt.
In 2024, Ellie won a Colliers Business Services All-Star award for consistently going above and beyond as a team member to deliver exceptional internal service.
Ellie’s strategic and innovative outlook, keen eye for opportunity, highly creative problem-solving ability, and broad range of marketing and business knowledge are key strengths in continuing to push the PRD brand forward.
Chantel Abbott

Chantel Abbott is the National Administration Manager at PRD, based in Fortitude Valley, QLD. She brings over 25 years of experience in executive-level administration and acquisition experience. Chantel oversees national systems and processes, ensuring seamless coordination across teams. Her role includes strategic planning, compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Known for her proactive approach and reliability, Chantel consistently delivers on commitments. She is passionate about creating streamlined workflows that support business growth and client focus. Chantel fosters a collaborative culture with clear and confident communication. Her commitment to quality, service, and integrity underpins her professional reputation.
